Description

Adopt a sumo stance, with your feet wide apart and your toes pointing outward. Grasp the bar with your hands between your knees, your back straight, and your core engaged. Slowly lift the bar off the floor by 2 to 5 cm, then pause for about 2 seconds while maintaining muscle tension. Then continue the upward movement until you reach a standing position with your hips and knees fully extended. Lower the bar in a controlled manner to return to the starting position, keeping your back straight throughout the movement.
