Description

From Half Pigeon Pose, gradually let your torso lean forward. Walk your hands forward until you can rest your forearms, and then possibly your forehead, on the floor or on a prop. Keep your pelvis facing forward as much as possible, without letting one hip sag completely, relax your shoulders and neck, with your gaze toward the floor or your eyes closed. Maintain slow, deep breathing as you gradually let your body surrender into the position, and feel the stretch in the front of your hip and in your pelvis, without forcing. Then slowly return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
