Description

Stand upright with your feet, knees, and hips aligned, and your weight distributed across the whole foot. Bend your knees to lower into a squat, keeping them aligned with the second toe while exploring the spirals: internal rotation of the femurs, external rotation of the tibias, and internal rotation of the feet on the way down, then the opposite on the way up. Rise back up by pushing through your legs to return to the starting position, keeping your core engaged. Perform the movement smoothly and with control, within a comfortable range of motion.
