Description

You are lying on your stomach, knees on the floor, supported on your elbows and the tips of your toes, legs spread apart, perpendicular to the anchor point of an elastic band that is attached to the ankle of the leg on the same side. You will tighten your abs, straighten your knees, and lift your pelvis to align the trunk with the head and lower limbs. While maintaining this plank position, you will put tension on the elastic band by bringing the attached leg closer until it touches the foot of the opposite leg, then return to the initial position. You then slowly return to the starting position.
