Description

Lie on your back with your legs stretched out in front of you. Place an elastic band around the foot of the leg to be worked and hold it firmly with your hands. You will pull the band towards you by bending your elbows to bring your toes towards you. Then you lift the straight leg as high as possible until you feel the stretch in the calf and behind the knee. Use the elastic band to lift the leg and hold the position. Make sure not to tilt the pelvis backward or lift the opposite leg during the movement. Finally, release gradually to return to the starting position.
