Description

Stand up, take a big step back, and point your front foot forward, with your back foot slightly turned out. Keep both legs engaged, with your front knee as straight as possible, and face your pelvis forward. Lean your torso over your front leg, keeping length in your spine, then place your hands on the floor. Keep your front foot firmly planted and your knee tracking in the direction of your toes. Keep your breathing calm, aiming for both stability and a stretch of the posterior chain, then return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
