Description

Attach one or more resistance bands to a heavy, stable load, such as a kettlebell, so that the anchor stays firmly in place. Then position yourself above the bar connected to the resistance band and grasp it. Make sure the tension is high enough to make the exercise truly challenging. Then rise onto your toes and be sure to keep your feet firm and stable before each movement. Quickly shift from one forefoot to the other, always staying high without letting your heels drop. The goal is to stand as tall as possible and to stiffen your foot before each impact.
