Description

Start in a kneeling position, with the leg to be worked in front of you and the foot flat on the floor, while the other knee rests on the floor. Simultaneously, lift the heel of the front leg and the back knee, raising the latter by about 10 cm. Then push hard on the ball of the foot of the front leg to straighten up, while bringing the back knee forward, as shown in photo 2. Slowly return to the starting position, controlling the movement, then repeat the exercise.
