Description

Stand up and make sure you have enough room to perform the forward and backward movements. With both hands, grab the TRX, which will be attached to your door, a hook, or equivalent. With your back straight and chest out, slightly bend your knees and rise onto your toes: this is the starting position. While staying on the balls of your feet, slowly bend your knees to lower yourself towards the ground. As much as possible, keep your chest directed towards the ceiling during this stage. Once your knees are bent at about 90° (reminder: since your heels are lifted, these 90° do not correspond to a squat position), press on the balls of your feet to straighten your legs. Push your upper body upwards to return to the starting position.
