Description
Get into the quadruped position, with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Without moving your supports, gradually rotate your palms around their axis, turning them forward, to the sides, backward, and then into intermediate positions depending on your mobility. Adjust the load on your hands by moving your torso slightly forward or backward to modulate the intensity, keeping your arms engaged and your pelvis over your knees. Keep your neck long and your gaze toward the floor. Keep your breathing calm as you explore the different orientations, in a slow and controlled manner.
