Description
Place a stick on your shoulders, holding it with both hands. Place one foot on a disc and the other on the floor, then shift your weight onto the leg resting on the disc while keeping your knee straight. Next, lift the opposite knee to a 90-degree angle in front of you, then quickly touch the floor with your foot next to the disc before immediately returning to the starting position. Alternate your weight dynamically, trying to stay light on the balls of your feet without letting your heels touch the ground, while maintaining fast, controlled movements.
