Reverse Lunge

Description
Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart, then take a step directly backward with one leg. While maintaining balance with both feet, bend the knee of the front leg to bring the knee of the back leg towards the ground. In the bent position, ensure that the knee of the front leg forms a 90-degree angle, while the knee of the back leg is about 5 cm from the ground. To return to the starting position, push into the ground with the back leg, then straighten the knee of the front leg. Make sure to keep your torso straight throughout the movement.
