Description
You are seated at the edge of a table so that your feet are not in contact with the ground, with an elastic band around your ankle that you can attach to a solid structure or have held by a third person next to you. You will put tension on the band by bringing your foot inward to perform a maximal external rotation of the hip, then you will slowly return to the internal rotation position to work through the entire range of motion.
