Description

Sit on the floor, first place your forearms under your knees, then hinge your torso forward, initiating the movement from the hips while keeping length in your spine. Then let your heels gradually slide forward to straighten your knees depending on your mobility, keeping your feet engaged. Tilt your pelvis forward without collapsing in your lower back, and keep your neck in line with your spine and your gaze toward your legs or slightly forward, depending on what is comfortable for your neck. Keep your breathing calm, aiming for both release and control in the hamstring stretch.
