Description
Lie supine with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart, arms alongside your body. Bring your straight arms up over your head, then perform a bridge by lifting your pelvis, aligning shoulders, hips, and knees. Then try to create space between each vertebra by lengthening the spine in both directions: the tailbone moves away from the head and the head moves away from the tailbone. Breathe into your floating ribs to decompress, keeping your torso engaged and your pelvis stable.
