Description

Stand with your feet together. Take a big step to the side to perform a lateral lunge. Lower yourself slowly by bending the knee of the moved leg, while keeping the kneecap aligned with the second toe and keeping your back slightly arched (glutes and hips back). Push off dynamically on the heel of the bent leg to return to a standing position and at the same time, lift the same knee in front of you to hip height. Lower back into a lateral lunge and repeat the movement.
