Description
You are standing, legs wider than hip-width apart, feet parallel, arms extended in front of you holding a stick in your hands. You will shift your weight to one side by bending the knee and extending the opposite leg, while moving your hips back to perform a lateral lunge. Then you return to the starting position by pushing on the stick and then repeat the exercise on the other side. You can use a chair instead of the stick for more stability.
