Description

Place an elastic band above your knees. Get into a side plank position, with your forearm on the floor, your elbow under your shoulder, and your legs together with your knees bent. Use the strength of your lower knee to push against the floor, lifting your hips off the floor. As your hips lift, perform a rotational movement with your upper knee upward against the resistance of the elastic band. Perform each repetition in a smooth, continuous motion. Be sure to lift your hip off the floor and rotate your knee upward in a single, fluid movement.
