Description

Sit on the floor with your weight on one leg: the knee and foot of the leg you are working on are in contact with the floor, while the other leg remains suspended in the air, without support. Place your hands flat on a step or raised surface in front of you, with your arms straight and your back straight. From this position, gently push down on your foot while contracting your thigh to gradually extend your knee until your body forms a straight line. Then bend your knee again to slowly return to the starting position.
