Description

Start by standing with your legs straight, on a mat or on the floor, holding a ball or an equivalent object in one hand. Gradually shift your weight onto one leg while slowly lifting one knee in front of you. Be careful not to tilt your trunk during this movement. Pass the ball to the other hand by moving it under the thigh of the raised leg. Then gently place your foot back down next to the supporting foot and lift the other leg.
