Description

Standing on a mattress, cushion, or any other unstable surface, place the foot of the leg you want to work on in the center of the surface. Hold a ball between your hands, with your arms extended in front of you. Then lift one foot off the ground and maintain your balance on the other foot. Perform trunk rotations to each side while maintaining your balance. Repeat this movement as directed by your physical therapist.
