Description

Place one end of the elastic band under the base of the first metatarsal of the foot to work on, and hold the other end with the opposite hand. Then lift the free leg while keeping the spine neutral. Keep the knee of the support leg slightly bent, between 10 and 20 degrees. Perform dynamic and repeated pulls on the elastic band, ensuring that the internal forefoot remains firmly in contact with the ground.
