Description

Lie on your back with one leg extended and the ankle of this leg resting on a support. Bend the other leg. Place your arms alongside your body for more stability. Keep your back in a neutral position (slightly arched). Contract your abdominal muscles by pulling in your navel and activating the muscles of the pelvic floor. Lift your pelvis off the floor while keeping your back straight. Hold this position for the recommended duration. To increase the difficulty, lift your elbows off the floor.
