Description

Lie on your back and place one heel on a chair or equivalent support, while keeping the other foot raised in the air. Cross your arms over your chest. Keep the knee of the leg on the support slightly bent, then lift your pelvis off the ground to create a bridge. The idea is to align shoulder, hip and knee on the same line. Concentrate on pushing the heel against the support, as if you were trying to bring the heel towards the glutes. Return slowly to the floor and repeat the movement.
