Description

Standing on one leg. Quickly drop into a single-leg squat, “absorbing” the movement: lower your hips while pushing your head toward the ceiling. Bend your hip, knee, and ankle at the same time (triple flexion), keeping your trunk straight, without tipping forward. Freeze the position for one second: the landing should be quiet and stable. Slowly come back up and repeat.
