Description

You are lying on your back, legs extended, and ankles on a Swiss ball. You will lift your hips off the ground until they are aligned with your back and thighs, then roll the ball towards your glutes by bending your knees to 90 degrees. Then, lift the leg you are working on off the ball by extending it above the ball and bring the ball back to the starting position while resisting the knee extension of the leg that remains on the Swiss ball. The exercise can be made more challenging by bringing your arms closer to your body or crossing them over your chest.
