Description

Start by lying on your back with your knees bent and an elastic band attached around your knees. Place your arms straight along your body and your feet on an unstable surface. Lift one foot off the ground and push down on the other foot to raise your hips and get into a single-leg bridge position. From this position, bring the knee of the raised foot toward your chest, then hold the position for the indicated amount of time.
