Description

Stand with a resistance band in each hand, securely anchored to the floor with stable anchor points (for example two kettlebells). Position yourself between the anchors and rise onto the toes of a single foot, with the knee straight. Perform small, explosive jumps using only the ankle, aiming to bounce high and to spend as little time as possible on the ground. Be sure to stiffen your foot firmly before each landing. Repeat the movement the number of times indicated by your physical therapist.
