Description

Take a small jump forward and land on one leg, lowering into a single-leg squat. Bend your hip, knee, and ankle at the same time (triple flexion), keeping your trunk straight, without tipping forward. Your knee stays aligned with your foot. Freeze the position for one second: the landing should be quiet and stable.
