Description

While standing, attach an elastic band to a fixed object placed at a height. Wrap the center of the band around your foot, then move sideways to create tension in the band. Next, stand on one foot and maintain balance while trying to keep the first metatarsal in contact with the ground. The exercise consists of resisting the lateral pull of the band while maintaining your balance. Hold this position for the recommended duration, then rest the other foot.
