Description

Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Gradually transfer your weight onto the affected leg without lifting the other leg. Imagine you have two scales under your feet. Aim to place 20% of your body weight on the affected leg, then 30%, then 40%, and so on, until you can fully lift the other leg.
