Description

Place one foot on a chair in front of you, with the knee bent and toes pointing forward. Both hands rest on the front knee to maintain balance. Ensure the leg that supports the weight on the floor is positioned approximately 2-3 feet from the chair. Keep the torso straight and focus the body weight primarily on the back leg. Then, perform heel raises with the back leg.
