Description

Start by balancing on one leg, either on a box or directly on the floor. Place a ball in the crook of the knee of the opposite leg. Next, lift the knee to a 90-degree angle in front of you. Bend the supporting leg's knee and lean forward while bringing the free leg behind you. Then return to the starting position. During this exercise, use your arms as if you were sprinting to help maintain balance and perform the movement smoothly.
