Description
You stand on a Bosu, leaning on the leg to be worked, with the opposite leg slightly behind you, your foot in the air. You bring your glutes backwards by bending at the hip and knee to perform a squat, while the opposite leg follows the movement, extending out in front of you without touching the ground. Return to the starting position, then repeat the squat, this time bringing the other leg to the side. And finally behind you. Make sure you keep your back straight and your balance good throughout the movement.
