Description
Attach an elastic band to a solid object and place the other end around the forefoot of the foot opposite the attachment point. Step away enough to tighten the band. Adopt a lunge position, with the leg carrying the band in front and the other behind. The heel of the front leg rests on a support such as a Pilates bloc or equivalent. Keep the foot in a neutral position by resisting the tension of the band, then perform a deep squat while maintaining the neutrality of the foot.
