Description

You are standing, the leg to work on supported on a step and the opposite leg in the air. Place a Swiss ball between the knee of the supporting leg and the wall. Apply pressure against the ball with your knee. While maintaining this pressure, you will move your hips back by bending the hip and knee to perform a squat. Make sure to keep your back straight during the movement and do not let your knee move inward under the pressure of the Swiss ball. Then slowly return to the starting position.
