Description
You are standing, supported on the leg to be worked, while the other is elevated behind you. You position yourself perpendicular to the anchor point of an elastic band placed on the opposite side of the leg to be worked, which loops around the knee of the working leg. You will slowly bend the hip and knee along a vertical axis to perform a single-leg squat, while resisting the pull of the elastic band. Make sure not to let the knee turn inward during the movement. You then slowly return to the starting position.
