Description

To perform this exercise, sit on the edge of the table, which should be adjusted so that when your heel is placed 10 cm in front of the edge, your knee forms a 90° angle. Cross your arms over your chest and lift one leg off the ground. Then, stand up and go back down until you lightly touch the support. A metronome, set to 45 beats per minute or another pace decided by your physical therapist, will help you maintain a steady rhythm for each ascent.
