Description

Stand on one leg with a resistance band wrapped around the ankle of the leg you are working on and anchored to a stable object. Maintain your balance by rising onto your toes, engaging your abdominal and stabilizing muscles. Make sure your standing knee is slightly bent and your movements are smooth. This exercise improves stability and strengthens the muscles in your lower limbs. Repeat the exercise for the prescribed number of repetitions and sets.
