Description

Attach an elastic band to a support at your side. Firmly grasp the elastic with your hands, palms down, arms bent at chest level. Move far enough away from the attachment point to ensure the elastic is taut. Lift the leg opposite to the side where the elastic is attached off the ground. While maintaining your balance on this leg, extend your arms in front of you and then bring your hands back to your chest in a slow and controlled manner.
