Description

In a standing position, cross your hands over your chest with your feet close together. Shift your weight onto one leg and bend the other until it forms a 90-degree angle in front of you. Engage your abs and glute muscles to keep your pelvis still during the weight transfer. Lower the leg in front of you and repeat on the other side while moving forward. Make sure to keep your pelvis stable, your torso upright, and your knee aligned with your ankle.
