Description

Balance on one leg, facing your partner, who is also on one leg, and try to push them off balance with light hand pushes, without ever putting your foot down. Keep your supporting hip and knee slightly bent, your weight on your forefoot, your upper body stable, and your hip, knee, and foot well aligned, without letting your knee cave inward or your pelvis tip.
