Description

Get into a lunge position with one knee on the floor and the other foot placed in front of you on a sliding support, such as a towel. Place both hands on a stick and extend your arms above your head. Shift your weight forward while sliding your foot on the support to extend the leg in front of you. Push until you reach your maximum tension point or as recommended by your physical therapist. Then, bring your leg back to the starting position. Make sure to keep your pelvis stable throughout the exercise and keep your arms extended above your head.
