Description
Get into a lunge position with one knee on the floor and the other foot placed in front of you on a sliding support, such as a towel. Cross your hands over your chest. Shift your weight forward while sliding your foot on the support to extend the leg in front of you. Push until you reach your maximum tension point or as recommended by your physical therapist. At the same time, rotate your trunk towards your extended leg. Then bring your leg and trunk back to the initial position. Make sure to keep your pelvis stable throughout the exercise.
