Description

If you have one, use a sled; otherwise, a large mat or any heavy object you can push along the floor will do. Move forward by pushing ahead and, at the end of the movement, emphasize the push on the forefoot, particularly on the big toe. Hold this propulsion for one second, while raising the opposite knee forward and upward, with your body leaning forward. Then move directly onto the other foot and repeat the movement.
