Description

You are standing, back to a box or chair, an elastic band around your wrists, in a lunge position. You are supported on the front leg, while the back leg is bent at 90° with the forefoot on the box. You will contract your abs and glutes, then spread your arms to put tension on the band before raising them above your head. While maintaining this position, you will lift your heel off the ground and stand on the tip of your front foot to perform ankle extensions. You then return to the starting position.
