Description
Stand with your back to a chair, feet hip-width apart and arms relaxed at your sides. Perform a squat by pushing your hips back as if you were going to sit down on the chair. At the same time, raise your arms in front of you until they are almost parallel to the ground, at about a 90° angle. Slowly straighten up to return to the standing position, lowering your arms back to your sides. Repeat this exercise in a smooth and controlled manner, making sure to maintain good posture and steady breathing.
