Description
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your arms relaxed at your sides. Lower into a squat by pushing your hips back and bending your knees to a comfortable depth. Make sure to keep your back straight and your knees in line with your feet. As you stand back up, perform a dynamic movement to jump slightly at the end of the extension while lifting your arms above your head. Land softly, feet well aligned, to return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise in a smooth and controlled way, maintaining regular breathing and a stable posture.
