Description
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your arms relaxed at your sides. Perform a squat by pushing your hips back and bending your knees to a comfortable depth. Keep your back straight and your knees in line with your feet. As you come up, raise your arms above your head and finish the movement by rising onto your toes. This activates your calves while improving your balance. Gently return to the starting position and repeat the exercise in a smooth and controlled manner. Maintain regular breathing and a stable posture throughout the movement.
