Description

Stand in front of a chair, upright, with feet hip-width apart and arms at your sides, holding an elastic band in your hands. Perform a squat by pushing your hips back and bending your knees to a comfortable angle. At the same time, rise onto your tiptoes while stretching the elastic band in front of you at eye level. Keep your back straight and stable throughout the movement. Slowly return to the standing position while releasing the elastic band and lowering your heels. Repeat the exercise smoothly, maintaining good posture and regular breathing.
